Lennar, one of the biggest homebuilding companies in the United States, is now selling townhouses in Angeline, a mixed-use development in Pasco County anchored by Moffitt Cancer Center. The Miami-based company announced the launch of sales for three townhouse collections: The Townhomes, The Town Estates, and the Town Executives. Nine different floor plans are available, ranging from 1,513 to 2,466 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The prices start in the high $200,000s.

Angeline is a unique community that spans 6,200 acres between state routes 52 and 54 in Land O'Lakes.
